Since Eikon Sports Group launched in 2020, the firm has entrenched itself in the Canadian soccer landscape by consistently delivering and exceeding on projects for both it's clients and business partners. Due in large part to the team's ability to discover unique pathways for clients that extend outside the scope of solely Canadian football. This unique approach has allowed Eikon's clients to reach the next level in new environments that are not accessible to other agencies.

Joshua Carabatsakis
Joshua Carabatsakis
CEO & FIFA Licensed Intermediary

A full-time, FIFA Licensed agent and Founder of the agency, Joshua handles day-to-day client management, contract negotiations, networking, career-planning and overall growth strategies for the agencies clients.

6-Years experience as a licensed agent and previous experience as a Director of Football in the Canadian Premier League, Joshua brings with him a well-rounded skillset to ensure clients are successful and don't have off-field stress to worry about.

Dion Dozzell
Dion Dozzell
FIFA Licensed Agent

Dion comes with a blend of experiences in football; both in the EFL Academy system of England and the Scholar athlete realm of the NCAA in the US. These experiences are integral to Eikon's innovative approach to unique player pathways and representation.

Having grown in Ipswich Town FC's academy alongside his younger brother, he eventually made way to the US on Scholarship at Saint Leo University in Florida. There he played NCAA soccer while completing his degree in Sports Business. Dozzell earned his FIFA Agent's License in 2024 and he is currently based in London, England.

Talent Scout (Canada), FIFA Licensed Intermediary

Charlie specializes in the Canadian market and is tasked with identifying talents across Canada to aid in Eikon's growth of its roster. A graduate of Western University and former MLS Academy player, Charlie became the youngest-ever FIFA Licensed Agent after sitting his exam in 2024.

Managing Partner & Head of Business Operations

Cody oversees all the firm's business operations, partnerships and leads the marketing strategies of the agency. Everything behind the scenes is his domain, he is integral in growing the agencies footprint.
