We diligently handle contract negotiations for our clients to ensure our clients are being compensated appropriately based on their past and future performance, using data, projections, and an evidence-based approach. When negotiating contracts, we do not fall victim to “tunnel vision”. We make every decision with the next move in mind. We understand athletes don’t always have 15+ year careers and they need to be represented by someone who will maximize their earning potential. We are continuously expanding our network and contacts within clubs across the world, as well as agents and scouts. We also help broker deals with partner agents and their clients through our expansive network. Recently brokered deals include Louis Beland-Goyette’s move to Malta Premiership side, Gudja United and Yann Fillion’s moves in Finland to AC Oulu and IFK Mariehamn respectively.
Athlete Management
On a day-day basis we communicate with our clients as much as they need. Sometimes we are just there to listen, other times we offer advice that can be influential in their career going forward. Additionally, we have always helped our clients in planning their next moves and ensuring that as they travel to new teams & destinations things like accommodation, transportation & traveler’s visas are taken care of.
Marketing
We are very active with our social media promotion on platforms like Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn. We consistently keep our clients in the eye of the public and prospective employers by creating highlight tapes and performance reports that we subsequently promote for them on our platforms. We are actively seeking endorsements and partnerships with other like-minded companies that have an interest in supporting our athletes.
