Cristian Campagna signed his first pro contract with Whitecaps 2 in the MLS Next Pro where he appeared in 19 matches. Following that season, he would go on to sign with CPL club HFX Wanderers, making 17 appearances over 2 seasons. In 2024, Campagna made the move to Europe, playing the 2024 season with FC Jazz in Finland, then signing with JK Narva Trans for the 2025 season.
