In 2013 Kris Twardek moved from Toronto Canada to join Milwall FC academy where he would sign his first pro contract in 2015. After a couple loan stints in England, Twardek moved to Ireland in 2018 with Sligo Rovers where he would spend 2 seasons and appear in 56 matches, scoring 6 and assisting 7. The following season, Twardek signed with Bohemians where he scored 1 goal and assisted 4, including one against Fehérvár FC in the Europa League Qualifying. For the 2021 season Twardek signed with Jagiellonia Bialystok of the Polish 1st tier where he would make 15 appearances. Midway through the season, Twardek made the move to Slovakia, signing with FC Senica. Following that season, he made the move back to Bohemians in Ireland where he would make 56 more appearances, scoring 3, assisting 7.
