Thomas Meilleur-Giguère born in Quebec, joined the Montreal Impact academy in his youth. Thomas would go on to play 82 matches with the Impact affiliated clubs Montreal FC and Ottawa fury in the USL Championship. In 2020, Thomas made the move to the CPL, joining Pacific FC. Over 4 seasons with Pacific, Thomas would appear in 120 matches, scoring 8 goals and was a part of the 2021 North Star Cup winning team. Thomas joined HFX Wanderers for the 2025 CPL season.
